Offer commences on 17/03/08 & ends at 11.59pm on 17/07/08 (the Promotional Period).
The offer is only open to residents of Australia over the age of 18, who purchase any qualifying Telstra telephony products from participating stores during the promotional periods. Employees of the Promoters, suppliers and their agencies (including resellers and other agencies associated with this offer) and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.
All Voucher holders under the age of 18 may only redeem an offer if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
To be eligible to receive vouchers a claimant must log onto www.mothersdaypromotion.com.au, enter the unique code from the promotional sticker, download & complete the Claim Form & send (1) fully completed Claim Form PLUS one (1) Proof of Purchase in the form of a valid sales receipt PLUS one (1) Promotional Sticker with the Unique Code PLUS one (1) business sized stamped (50c stamp) Self-Addressed Envelope to, Telstra Mothers Day Promotion, PO BOX 657 North Sydney NSW 2060 to be received within 28 days of purchase. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of voucher from the date of Leapfrog receiving a valid claim. Follow the instructions on the voucher to make your booking.
The voucher entitles the bearer to redeem the rewards selected, at participating venues listed at www.mothersdaypromotion.com.au. Vouchers may only be redeemed from a participating venue where the bearer of the voucher has previously not used their services. Please ensure you check what offers each venue is providing in advance before confirming the booking.

Reward vouchers are valid until 31st January 2009.
HOYTS Adult Standard tickets are valid 7 days excluding Saturday after 5pm & can be redeemed at all HOYTS or AMC cinemas across Australia, excluding La Premiere and special events, and are valid up to the date shown on the ticket.
There is a strict limit of one voucher redemption per person per participating venue. All additional customers accompanying the voucher holder will be required to pay the full price, and all future bookings will be charged at the full price. Limit to one per household.
Offer is subject to promotional availability and the Promoter cannot guarantee that your first choice of activity, date and/or time will be available to you. Cancellations after confirmation of your booking may incur a cancellation fee.
The voucher must be presented upon arrival at the participating venue to redeem the offer. If no voucher is produced, you will be required to pay the full price.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer and are not valid for pre-booked events, or cannot be redeemed during public or school holidays.
Any costs in excess of the value of the voucher (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the offer are the responsibility of the claimant. The Promoter shall not be liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Photocopied, defaced or illegible vouchers will not be accepted.
For all matters related to health, exercise and fitness, claimants are strongly urged to consult a physician or other appropriate health-care professional before using the offer made available through the Promoter, its agents and distributors. If a claimant has any doubt as to their physical fitness they should consult a doctor prior to participating in the offer. Claimants not obtaining physician’s permission prior to use of an offer are doing so at their own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, the Voucher Supplier and their agents and distributors are not liable for any personal loss or injury at participating venues and cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning quality and/or availability. The Promoter, the Voucher Supplier and their agents and distributors do not directly provide any of the goods and services - these are solely provided by the venues. If you have any queries, complaints or claims relating to any of these goods and services, you should firstly deal directly with the venue concerned. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the Voucher Supplier do not accept any responsibility for the goods and services provided by any of the venues or related information provided by them to you where we are not in breach of our statutory obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and/or the Voucher Supplier reserve the right to eliminate, add, change and substitute venues without prior notice provided that they are of approximately equivalent type and value. This does not affect your statutory rights.
By redeeming this offer you are stating that you accept the terms of use of this voucher.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, the Voucher Supplier and their agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any liability relating to (a) any inability by the bearer to use the voucher properly or at all; or (b) the misuse of the voucher.
The Promoter, the Voucher Supplier and their agents and distributors offer no warranties or representations regarding the advice, instructions, or any other information provided by the venue.
The Promoter, the Voucher Supplier their agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without prior notice.
The voucher has no monetary value, and is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.
